What would you highlight about URBAN ISLAND Apartments
Excellent.
It was very close to one of the campuses of the University of Vienna where I gave a talk. The workspace in the accommodation (e.g. combination of table and chair) was good. I cannot find good working space in many ordinary hotel rooms, and so this apartment really helped me to work.
Due to the structure and location, taxies cannot stop in front of the apartment in a very convenient way. I called a taxi to go to the airport because I carried a heavy suitcase. But, it did not come to pick me up, and I had to walk to a metro station a few hundred metres away in a light rain.

Beautiful city, perfect appartment for this citytrip. Would definitely book here again.
clean, simple appartment. Great location. Ideal for a citytrip. All information was clearly communicated via email before our arrival.
The vending machines that were mentioned were not present. (not a big dealbreaker, but annoying if you crave a late night snack) The shower did not drain optimally.

Great place I recommend it.
Cleanliness, checkin process, position near the SBahn, P+R parking lot and long silent walkway along the Danube Channel.
Vibrations from the subway passing. Was not awful but can be felt. An interesting fact is that the vibrations seems to accentuate a bit when trains are more crowded but much less in the night and evening.
